An opportunity has arisen within an international property agency to work within their project marketing department. Working within an established team of sales consultants reporting to the head of the division you will sell off the plan apartments.
With a signi ficant number of projects in the pipeline for this year, selling off the plan appartments in the inner suberbs, there is a need to take on an additional three sales consultants to service this growth.
IN this role you will manage expressions of interest along with the current database of applicants in the pre-release stages whilst coordinating local and national enquires and inputting into proposed marketing and sales forecasts. You will also be responsible for conducting viewings and manage the sales process from exchange to settlement. In conjunction with this you will work with the team and the Director and will have the ability to liaise with international offices to co-ordinate potential international campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to work in a growing team with a solid pipeline of projects and a large international database.
To be considered for this role, you will have at least a years experience in project sales, be that in apartments or land. You will present excellently and have strong communication skills and the ability to market a vision.
It is worth noting that this position requires the individual to work 5 days a week, over weekends with reduced hours mid week to compensate for this. This opportunity will suit a driven individual who is motivated by significant financial rewards.
