A rapidly growing provider within the community sector has a large portfolio of properties and is committed to providing quality infrastructure for its stakeholders.
Due to the momentum of growth a role has been created for an experienced Property Co-ordinator to review and manage the leasing and licensing of up to 120 properties. This will involve working in a wider team and utilising a property database.
To be successful you will have had previous exposure to a similar role, and have broad knowledge of property management specifically leasing and licensing. You will also have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to use various asset management and property maintenance software. Previous exposure within a public sector organisation is ideal.
