One of the largest full-service law firms in Australia is opening a new office in Melbourne's inner city. With more than 100 partners and 500 legal staff located in Melbourne alone this prestigious organisation has powerfully established a strong reputation for getting positive results quickly and efficiently.
Due to a wealth of new clients based in Victoria, this firm has established a need for a Victorian base and has an immediate requirement for an experienced corporate boardroom attendant.


You will be required to set up audiovisual equipment for presentations and be involved in preparation of meeting rooms and furniture set up. You will perform barista duties and deliver tea and coffee to clients. You will liaise with internal catering team to cater for functions and deliver catering to boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as assist in the management of crockery and cutlery.


The successful applicant will have prior experience working in a top tier corporate environment. You will have excellent grooming and personal presentation. You will be confident when working with audio visual equipment. You will be experienced in client facing roles with a strong focus on customer service excellence. Ideally you will have a basic food hygiene certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
