Our client is a large, ASX listed, national, services based organisation. Due to continued growth and the acquisition of several new projects, they are currently seeking to employ a new Customer Service Representative to join their well established Call Centre team in So uth Melbourne.
Working in this friendly team-based environment, the Call Centre staff are responsible for taking inbound, service related calls, from corporate clients that cover a range of areas including maintenance, deliveries, booking contractors, arranging meeting rooms and equipment. The shift is 11am to 7pm.
To be considered for these positions, candidates MUST:
- Be willing to undergo a medical that includes drug & alcohol screening
- Be Australian or NZ citizens or permanent residents (please do not apply if you are on a working holiday or student visa)
- Be happy to work a 11am to 7pm shift
In addition, candidates will require:
- Some call centre experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Polished & professional phone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- High level of initiative
- Ability to multi-task and follow up items
- Work in a fast-paced environment
