A role now exists for a proactive and experienced PA /Administration Co-ordinator to provide support to the Chief Executive and become an integral part of the team.
This role will see the successful candidate provide all aspects of administration support including answering the phone, file management, typing, dealing with correspondence and maintaining and updating the database. You will interact daily with external clients and build positive relationships. You will have the ability to solve queries and have proven experience in the financial planning industry. Your industry knowledge and proactive nature will see you improving processes and procedures while complying with regulations
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in a similar PA/Administration Coordinator role within the financial planning industry. You will also have a strong work ethic coupled with the ability to communicate at all levels while maintaining a professional approach. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and the integrity of information will also see you in good stead for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential along with knowledge of financial planning systems highly advantageous.
