Our client located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs is currently seeking an experienced Micropay Payroll Manager / Senior HR Officer to join their finance team.

As Payroll / HR Officer your will be assisting with:

  • Collecting, checking and inputting manual time sheets
  • Processing payroll timely and accurately
  • Preparing and lodge monthly BAS online and payroll tax
  • Payroll adjustments
  • Liaising with staff regarding payroll information and advice
  • High volume recruitment
  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Implementing and administering a Performance Managemen
  • System for the organisation
  • Overseeing the learning and development activities for the organisation
  • Improving and maintaining current HR policies and procedures

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An eye for detail and a sense of urgency is paramount.
