This highly successful Boutique firm based in the Bayside area is seeking an experienced Manager who has genuine Partnership aspirations. With a substantial client base made up of various industry sectors, large family groups and high net worth individuals this firm has a significant fee base and is driven by experienced and highly technical Partners.
With a strong team culture and solid structure, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals at various stages in their career. You will control a high quality client portfolio and seek to build and develop strong client relationships as well as identifying additional opportunities to add value. You will provide strong leadership to the team and utilise you technical skills to service clients accounting and tax requirements. An opportunity to join the partnership could be negotiated within a 2 year timeframe.
You will be CA/CPA qualified and be able to demonstrate your substantial experience working in an Australian accounting practice. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Your driven and motivated attitude will be essential to work as part of the firms leadership team and continue the growth and overall profitability of the firm.
